The LoveWorks® “VIP Rewards” loyalty program is designed to thank you for shopping with us by giving you easily redeemable points, emailed-only discounts of 40-50%, as well as other special purchases, programs and bonuses.

Does the VIP REWARDS program cost me anything?
No. Joining the program and reaping the rewards costs you nothing.

How do I sign-up for the VIP REWARDS program?
IN-STORE: It takes less than 60-seconds to sign you up in the store and give you a premium loyalty card to carry with you. BUY ONLINE PICK-UP IN STORE: When you place an order, fill-in the extra section with the information requested and you will be signed up immediately and earn points on the first order. SHIP-TO-HOME ONLINE ORDER: Email a copy of your order confirmation to “[email protected]” along with the information below and we will set-up an account for you.

What information am I required to give to join?
We need three things — Your name, a valid email address, and your birthdate. That is it. The email address must be unique – it can not be used by multiple members.

Will I get spammed with emails? Why do you need my email address?
We hate spam as much as you do. We send an average of six emails PER YEAR. The email address is an important part of receiving the real benefits of the program. Only members who have a valid email address will receive birthday bonuses, special sales and discounts and free gifts. We don’t advertise these specials in the store, and a code in the email is required to take advantage of the special. HOWEVER, you can unsubscribe immediately after the welcome email is sent to you.

How do I earn points?
For every “before-tax dollar” you spend, you earn one point. When you get to 100 points, you have $10 to spend in the store. There are no restrictions about your earned rewards – as long as you spend $10, you get $10 off. Members are also notified of double and triple earning points days via email. Points are like cash: Earn 100 get $10.

BUY ONLINE PICK-UP IN STORE: On the order form, be sure to fill in the box with your VIP REWARDS account number or if you don’t have an account yet, fill in the requested information and we will create an account for you.

SHIP-TO-HOME ONLINE ORDER: Email a copy of your order confirmation to “[email protected]” along with the information shown and we will set-up an account for you.

Can my [insert title of significant other] use my account?
Yes. If they have your card or they know the name or email address used on your account, their purchases will be assigned to your account and will increase your earned points.

What are “Birthday Gift Rewards”?
Each of our rewards members receive a birthday gift code via EMAIL that provides an additional $10 off any purchase. The birthday code can be used with any points you have already earned, potentially doubling your discount! To redeem this award, show the email to the team member at the register.

How do I redeem my points?
You must have earned at least 100 points, or have an email coupon to redeem your points. Due to limitations in our online systems, we can only redeem points for purchases made IN STORE. When you are ready to redeem your points, stop by the store and we will be happy to help you with your rewards and apply the discounts to your purchase.

Do VIP REWARD POINTS expire?
No. They do not expire.

How many points can I redeem at once?
You may redeem 100 points for every $10 discount — up to the before-tax total of your purchase. In other words, if you have 500 points in your account, you can redeem a $50 discount, as long as your before-tax purchase is $50 or more.

Can I use the coupon you sent via EMAIL and my earned points at the same time?
Yes. Emailed birthday and discount codes can be redeemed at the same time as your earned points. We try to make this as easy as possible with as few rules as possible!

How do I know how many points I have?
Ask us when you are in the store, or via text-messenger chat online, or call the store and ask for your balance. We will need your account number to provide you with the number of points in your account.

Terms and Conditions — The Boring Stuff

By becoming a member of LoveWorks® VIP REWARDS loyalty program, you agree to receive advertising, marketing and promotional material and other communications from us. Upon receipt of the “Member Welcome” or any other email from us, you may click on the UNSUBSCRIBE button, and tell us that “You do not wish to receive these emails”. Your email will be removed immediately from our system.

However, a valid email address is required to receive birthday discounts and bonuses and any other VIP REWARDS promotions which are non-public. You will still earn points on purchases and be able to redeem points without an email address.

We may change the VIP REWARDS program rules, regulations, earnings, requirements, conditions, points levels, at any time, without notice, even if those changes affect the points you have already accumulated.

Abuse of the program, including selling your points, misrepresentations of fact (such as incorrect name or an email address that is not yours), or other unspecified violations of the program will invalidate your account and cause an immediate forfeiture of all points earned. If an email from us is reported as “SPAM”, we will consider that to be indicative of a fraudulent sign-up, which includes a sign-up that may have provided the email address of someone else, and immediately freeze the account, preventing the account from earning new reward points, and forfeiting all points on the account. Email addresses reported as being spammed are banned from every being used in any LoveWorks® communications or programs.

We reserve the right to interpret and apply the policies, procedures and regulations that are contained in these terms and conditions. All determinations made by us are final and conclusive.

Members of VIP REWARDS shall earn 1 point for every pre-tax dollar spent. Points earned will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar amount of the before-tax transaction total.

The calculation of earned points excludes sales tax, state fees, shipping or delivery charges, or other fees.

Points may not be combined between VIP REWARDS members. Points do not constitute “property” of the member, and are not transferrable by the member upon death or part of any domestic relations matter.

VIP REWARDS members must inform the cashier that they are a rewards member for the points of that sale to be accounted for correctly. Rewards are not valid retroactively — may not be earned or redeemed retroactively.
