How old do I need to be to enter the store / order products?

The law requires you to be over 18 years of age to enter our stores; enter and order from our website; and interact with us about products by phone or chat.

What types of products do you sell?


LoveWorks® is a lingerie and adult products retailer.  We sell lingerie, sexy pajamas, robes, panties, bachelorette items, lubes, lotions, massage oils and novelty gifts like those you will need for White Elephant and other adult-oriented-fun parties.

What if I don’t know what to buy?


LoveWorks® team members participate in hours and hours of in-store product education in order to honestly answer your questions.  We are all happy to help – but we need you to not be shy and ask the questions.  The answers we give will be honest, accurate and designed to help you choose the right item.

But be cool — this isn’t phone sex. They will answer your questions to a point, then they will refer you to 1-800-DUNGEON.

How can I receive coupons?


We send coupons, private discounts, and exclusive sales via EMAIL to the members of our free VIP REWARDS loyalty program.  For more information, click here.

What appears on my credit card or bank statement?


If you picked up your purchase in a physical store, your statement will show a purchase at “LOVE WORKS” and will show the city where the store is located.  Alternately, it will show a store number on the same line, such as “LOVE WORKS 3”.
Here are actual examples from bank and billing statements

If you placed your order online to pick up in a physical store, you statement will show EITHER one of the examples listed above, “LoveWorks – Ecomm” or this:

If you had your order SHIPPED TO YOUR HOME, your statement will show a purchase at “CNVCOM”.  An actual example is shown below.
