ITEMS PURCHASED AND DELIVERED THROUGH A PHYSICAL STORE:

To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items not found to be defective that can constitute a health risk or any item that may come into contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, sweat, et al). Once these items leave our store, we consider them to be used.  We do not sell used products.  It is an unsanitary practice to accept returns of personal items; therefore, all sales are final.

We will replace any merchandise found to be defective when reported to us within 3-business days of package pick-up. 

What is the definition of “defective” as it applies to our products?

  • The item will not charge
  • The item will not turn on (or off)
  • The item won’t change functions or modes

After 3-business days of purchase, the manufacturers 90-day to 1-year “Direct to Consumer” warranty applies.  You must contact the manufacturer at the address shown on the packaging and return the item with purchase receipt for the item to be replaced at no charge to you.  We will be happy to provide you with the contact information you need.

Before returning a product, please be sure to check the “TROUBLE SHOOTING TOY PROBLEMS” page on our site.  90% of all attempted returns are from confusion about battery placement, power button travel locks, and other charge or battery related problem.

Clothing items, including panties, underwear, lingerie, bras, corsets, etc., should be inspected for any defects or damage prior to leaving our store. 

WE TRY OUR BEST:
We are unable to guarantee the color shown of any item, as the colors depend on your monitor or phone.  We do not exchange or refund because the color is not accurate.

When you receive an acknowledgement of an order, it does not mean the order is confirmed.  Although we make every effort to describe and display our products and services accurately on the website, a small number of items may be described inaccurately, incompletely, or may already be out of stock due to delays in updating online content.  As a result, we cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including product images, specifications or product availability.  In some cases, product packaging may be updated even though the product remains identical.  The product package you order may be different from the package you receive.
